Legal Research Service
One of the most significant expenses to your clients are the hours billed for legal research and writing and the fees associated with accessing online legal research databases. It doesn't have to be this way.

LegalTech is proud to offer its legal research and writing services performed by highly qualified personnel. With over fifteen years of legal research and writing experience, our team has researched procedural and substantive issues in both federal and state courts in a variety of states. References and writing samples are freely available upon request.

We are sensitive to the varying degrees of control that counsel may wish to retain over their research and writing projects. Accordingly, we offer a complete panoply of research services, ranging from locating leading legal authority, writing short issue memoranda, to full-length, exhaustive briefs at every level of the federal and state court civil and criminal processes.

Save yourself time, resources, and headache by outsourcing your legal research projects to LegalTech. Our billing rate for legal research and writing is $60 per hour, a mere fraction of what your client would pay for similar services performed by counsel.

Process Serving
Your first step in the litigation process is one of the most important. Don't risk what may be your only chance to obtain jurisdiction over an adverse party or witness. Our experienced process servers are educated in the requirements imposed by state and federal statutes and court rules and are sensitive to the serious nature of process serving.

We will make three attempts to serve the subject - one attempt during work hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST), one attempt after work hours (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST) and one attempt during Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST). After three unsuccessful attempts, we provide you with an Affidavit of Attempted Service at no additional cost to the client.

We have a flat $75 processing fee for areas we service.

Document Courier / Court Filing Service

Public Records Research Service
Our public records researchers are experienced in all facets of public records searches, including but not limited to register of deeds land documents, UCC, local and state business entity documents, criminal proceeding documents, civil proceeding documents, etc.

We offer our comprehensive public records research service for a flat $35 per research hour fee plus the actual cost of reproducing the requested records.

Transcript / Records Summation Service
LegalTech's comprehensive suite of litigation support services includes transcript/records summation. Standard summaries cost $2.00 per transcript/record page, and expedited service - 96 hours or less - is available at $3.00 per page. Discounted pricing for summaries is available for orders exceeding 1,000 pages (call for details). Turnaround time for transcript/record summaries is 5 business days.

We offer a wide choice of hardcopy formats, including standard two-column page:line format and three-column page:line format. Customized formats are available upon request. We average a 10:1 transcript/record to summary ratio.
